Every Coach has to go through a vigorous Coaching programme where they are monitored and corrected and given encouragement and feedback at every step of the way. As parents you can all be reassured they are all checked and vetted before they can begin to work with children.

All our coaches have to register on the DBS service.

They all have to take an online safeguarding course.

They all have to be First aid trained every 3 years.

They attend regular coaching courses to keep themselves up to date with latest best practice.

They all have to have Pro-Indemnity Insurance to coach.

They have to abide by the Code of Conduct and Ethics set out for all Coaching Standards

As an Organisation we have civil Liability Cover also.​
